Who is the Program for?

The program is designed to be used by a variety of populations. It is:

  • For women who have completed their initial treatment for cancer.

  • For women who will be in long term treatment.

  • For women in transition seeking a new direction and purpose in life.

After completion, we offer a monthly support group for women who want to continue their "sister hood" with the new friends they have made, the new community they have created and maintain support from each other as we work to support Women beginning their journey.

What is the L.A.N.D.TM Program?

L.A.N.D. –  Living a New Day, A New Norm is a guided program which offers you a step-by-step process, paired with knowledge and skills to create positive outcomes for living a sustainable future. It is based on the premise that life after a cancer diagnosis is simply different; and you can not only survive but thrive in the new norm.

You will receive:

  • LIVE 1-½ hour long sessions, during which we will go through the weekly lesson and discuss it in more detail. You will be able to ask questions and work past any bumps in the road with support.

  • The EMWA workbook for learning, application, and lifelong reference as a powerful toolkit.

  • Entry into a private Facebook group for additional support from your peers

  • Lifetime access to new materials.

  • BONUS:  A New Day, A New Norm CD with music and guided meditation.

How the Project works

Our small group sessions meet weekly for eight 90-minute sessions. The sessions are designed to build upon each other using exercises assigned between sessions. This provides a step-by-step approach to learning the new skills, and adding the new routines into our daily lives.

NOW Available ONLINE in the privacy of your own home.
